The training program runs from June to September, with applications accepted from January through the end of March. Recruitment updates are communicated to applicants by the end of May.
Training duration depends on university requirements, and students must submit an official training request letter from their university. Engineering students typically train for 30–60 days, while students in other majors, such as sciences and business, generally train for 30 days.
Eligible students should submit their CVs to internship@indevcogroup.com during the application period. The Recruitment Team will contact applicants by email to guide them through the online application process. Enrollment is subject to successfully completing INDEVCO's screening and interview process.
ACADEMIC YEAR
Students in their 2nd academic year or above for majors requiring 3 to 4 years to graduate (e.g., Business Administration, Arts, Science, and related fields).

NOT ELIGIBLE
Students graduating in the Spring semester of the current academic year are not eligible, as they will be considered graduates by the time training begins.
