Sustainability at INDEVCO is woven into the fabric of our organization rather than delegated to a single function. It is governed at the highest levels of the organization, embedded in strategic planning, and reported transparently to our stakeholders.
Sustainability is a strategic priority reviewed at the Chairman & C-suite level, ensuring accountability at the top of the organization.
A cross-divisional and functional leadership team works together to steer and review organizational sustainability direction and performance.
A dedicated Global Sustainability Management function coordinates strategy, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across all member companies.
Group leaders are responsible for integrating a sustainability mindset into their strategic planning cycles, assessing footprint and taking positive action.
We communicate our sustainability progress through GRI-referenced reporting or our UN Global Compact Communications on Progress (CoP), providing transparent disclosure of our environmental, social, and governance performance to all stakeholders.
