INDEVCO has launched its annual Global Leadership Conference (GLC) 2023, setting the tone for the year with a resolute focus on sustainability.

The gathering, held at USEK on December 28, commenced with a moment of silence in honor of the group’s passing members, on top of which INDEVCO's founder Mr. Georges Frem, and our spiritual father, Mr. Chafic Frem.

Taking center stage, Chairman & CEO Neemat Frem emphasized the importance of pursuing consolidation while adopting a holistic approach to sustainability in such a way to encompass environmental stewardship, community service and product quality, to mainly promote the continuity of the organization through transfer of knowledge and streamlining.

Frem also called the group's leaders to introduce technology with a human-centric approach and sustain the company's legacy through a list of strategies to be passed down from one generation to another. "Sustainability is today's immunity for every business … and it is essentially based on harnessing our resources and wealth of talent," Frem added.

Success stories about consolidation, resilience, strategic alliances and market breakthroughs were shared by key members including Mr. Bachir Rbeiz from UTM, Mr. Georges Zouein from IPM, and Mr. Alexandre Akl from IPI. List of speakers also included, Mr. Samer Chemaly, showcasing the partnership between INDEVCO's E-Commerce Shop, 961Home, and Mediatek, Mr. Hady Darwiche and Mr. Teddy Zrour from UNIPAK, demonstrating the power of synergy and best practices, and Mr. Wissam Moubarak, Mrs. Solange Taoukjian and Mrs. Maya Khalifeh from INDEVCO Consultancy unveiling the division's goals to become a leading regional consulting firm.

GLC 2023 concluded on a profound note of gratitude, recognizing Mr. Tony Medawar for his contribution to the community, particularly the School Crisis Support Program.
