Pouches can be customized with a side gusset to provide additional volume and create a rectangular pack shape after filling, a bottom gusset to allow the pouch to stand upright on retail shelves, or three-side seals and folding for excellent sealing and vacuum properties. Different designs are available to suit specific product, filling, presentation, and storage requirements.
Paper-foil and metallized laminated pouch structures provide enhanced barrier protection against factors such as UV exposure while helping maintain product stability during transportation and extend shelf life. These pouches are compatible with both manual and automatic filling machines.
High-quality printing options are available to enhance shelf presence and brand differentiation, including flexographic and rotogravure printing. Standard flexographic printing is available in up to 8 colors, with certain agricultural pouch applications offering printing options of up to 9 colors.
